Unfortunately, Jaarbeurs is forced to postpone the Infosecuritye.be, Data & Cloud Expo to the spring of 2021. The IT trade fair was initially planned for 9 and 10 September 2020 in Brussels Expo.
In the last few months, it has become clear that the corona crisis has turned the trade fair sector upside down. The outbreak of the virus previously caused the trade fair Infosecurity.be, Data & Cloud Expo to be moved from spring 2020 to September 2020. In line with the uncertainty that still prevails around a possible second virus wave and the government’s measures regarding events after the 31st of August, Jaarbeurs has made the decision to postpone the Infosecurity.be, Data & Cloud Expo till next year.
“Infosecurity.be, Data & Cloud Expo has created a successful and high-quality platform within the IT market for knowledge exchange, networking and business transactions for years. In order to provide a trade fair with quality, sufficient preparation time is required for both Jaarbeurs and its exhibitors and this cannot be guaranteed due to the uncertainty,” explains Bram van den Braak, Brand Manager at Jaarbeurs.
Currently, Jaarbeurs is fully focused on the preparations for the new editions of Infosecurity.be, Data & Cloud Expo, which will take place on March 31st and April 1st in Brussels Expo.
“We are confident that we can create another successful edition in 2021, offering the quality that our partners and visitors are used to from us,” concludes Bram van den Braak.
